Quincy puffed his cheek when Shiro tried to reach for it trying to hide the blush that crept onto his face, but he was a second too late, so he got his cheeks pinched anyway. "Nooo no no, I swear, it'd be a huge disaster," he continued when Shiro pulled away. Meeting new friends was fine but the context of blind dates intimidated him enough to know he would not pull it off well. He was about to say something more but Shiro beat him to the punch, and it only made his blush show up more. He stammered, trying to find, but the more he struggled for words, the redder his cheeks became. "Wh- what- why's kissing already in the equation?" he managed to say. "Hahaha no can't happen I would probably die of embarrassment!"

Quincy made a noise that probably sounded more like a dog's whine than anything else, as he sunk his face on the table, his plate well out of the way. When he lifted up his face, his forehead seemed a bit red for a moment, possibly from how much pressure he'd put in from faceplanting. "Trust me I will be a train wreck in that category," he repeated, straightening up, "But maybe that's the challenge for you -- proof of your wisdom," he said, attempting to smooth out his being flustered, finishing his own meal. With their meals finished-- "My queen, please do give me more credit, I don't get my ass handed to me that easy," he said, returning a smile as confident when he stood up from his seat.
