She had only really wanted to go to the library for some peace and quiet, to get away from people, but as Apollinariya let the door to the library click closed behind her, her somewhat reclusive train of thought was cut short like it had been chopped off by a knife and she was left momentarily speechless. That was a rarity in itself, 'Nariya was rarely speechless, always having a comeback for every possible situation; but what had greeted her and caused this momentary lapse was in her mind even rarer. The library was busy...no, more then that, the library was crowded.
An avid reader as she was, she had never seen a crowded library. She preferred it that way.
She almost physically bit off the snarl of disgust that had undoubtedly appeared on her face - Crowds, yuck - and began peering through the other people in search for a table to sit at. Most were occupied, something which she couldn't understand, and she was about to give up and go and find somewhere less crowded to read when she spotted a table, by a window that let in vast beams of lemon-yellow sunlight, where only one person sat. There was undoubtedly room for more.
'Nariya picked her way through the people in the way reminiscent of claustrophobics the world over. Once at the table, she took a moment to collect herself and peer thoughtfully out of the window before looking down at the one, lone person sitting at that table. She raised an eyebrow and cleared her throat, more to alert the other to her presence then anything else, before adding "Mind if I sit here?"
[ooc: Bad, bad, but....first post. You can make allowances, y'know]
