The Borealis Bar & Grill is a restaurant that capitalizes on the cuisine on different human cultures.
While the food selection there is highly based on the typical selection for a human restaurant, there are no limitations as to who can enter and participate in Borealis' fine dining.
Steaks, Salads, Soups-
Everything you'd find in any big American restaurant can be found here in Borealis.

Upon entering, and descending the stairs that lead from the waiting area, a dark wood corner bar, set with nine seats, three on one side and six on the other, can be found to the right side, complete with a television screen on the front wall, with chrome-cast lights illuminating the back wall and hallowed wooden structures above. To the left, you will find dark, wooden, four-person tables neatly lined in a semi-line fashion in the center of the six-person booths lined against the walls, each with a stained-glass lantern hanging from above.
Continuing straight, 6 double-sided video tables are vertically placed, perpendicular to the back wall, which has a metal double door entrance to the kitchen.

To the right, there is a small stage built into the back wall to the right, where a grand piano sits, the inside facing away from the corner. Live performances, while not grabbing much attention, the music fills the bustling atmosphere.

The place was built from scratch, a grand vision by Silvia Wendstern, who had a passion for management and an eye for good food. Wanting to live the vision she had, she created the restaurant and decided to manage it herself.
