Weee, I read Twilight! It was REALLY good, 'cept for half of the book was Edward going "No... you can't... be safe... I can't... no..."

I am reading the second Children of the Lamp right now, and The People of Sparks.

I skipped over Wuthering Heights, for now. I just finished PROM my Laurie Halse Anderson. *sigh* It wasn't all that good. Based on that book, I would say that she just tries to cram as much vulgar language and content as possible in a roughly 200 page book to make it sell. That's sad, because she's a really good author from Speak and Catalyst. Those books were chock full of language, too, but the plot and style were enough to make you look over it. I don't like excess... crudeness? Oh well... She disappoints me.

But now I'm starting on Lirael by Garth Nix, which I'm loving! Go Clayr!

Umm... question: Anyone read The Book Thief? I'm really thinking about getting it next time I'm at the bookstore. I just read a couple of reviews about it, and it looks really good. It's about a girl in Nazi Germany, I think... Meh...
