Biological Mother for the Stark Twins

*waves* I really want the Stark Twins biological mother. She doesn't have to be a new character but I have some requirements:

1. Human or something very close.
2. Her powers were not passed down to the twins. So I don't really care what those are...
3. Gave up the Twins for adoption before she came to Manta Carlos or when she wasn't living there.
4. Apollo the Twins's father so like I was thinking he was a one night stand or something else were Apollo wasn't their once the Twins were born.

It would be cool if she took them in (the Twins adoptive parents are dead) but she doesn't have to!

NOTE: The Twins are WIP (atm) so I'll link their WIP apps. All that's left is their history :)
