Build: Lanky Full Body Reference || Feminine Form Reference Audric very much looks like a stereotypical Demon, from a prehensile bladed tail, sharp knife-like horns on his head, small wings on his back, and clawed hands all a deep, Demonic red. He has a mouth full of very sharp, small teeth made for biting and tearing and has armored skin along his arms, shoulder blades, chest, and legs. His ears are pointed and decorated with golden piercings along with his tail, his horns, and his wings. Each long, clawed finger has a variety of golden rings. He looks anywhere from fourteen to nineteen like this, depending on the clothing he's wearing and whether or not he's decided to buff himself up a little. His style consists of "edgy" hot-topic style clothing, sunglasses, and a shit-eating grin. He has a particular taste for fire-themed leather jackets and spiked chokers, along with other various blingy items. Human Reference
Audric can take on the appearance of a man in his late twenties to early thirties. There is something thicker about him in this form. Perhaps, compared to his real body, the average human anatomy looks much more broad-shouldered and overall adult. Like this, Audric's hair is about the same length, give or take a few inches in the front and back, but instead of a dirty blonde, his hair is pitch black. His eyes remain golden and slanted into a partial squint. Like this, Audric dresses more professional, opting for formal, casual attire or fancy-seeming suits. He entirely forgo's his usual sunglasses and grin in favor of a more serious expression. |
Personality
Audric is all about living in the moment. Whether he's the one being tormented or tormenting someone else, it's all good fun to him.
While he certainly has done a lot in his very long life, it seems as though he always has a story for something. It can be hard to tell if Audric is lying, exaggerating, or telling the truth.
Gregarious by nature, Audric hates being alone or sitting silently with a person. While sometimes he's willing to let the silence settle, this is a rare occasion and is him making an active effort.
For all his bad traits, Audric is self-aware of his image and the impression people might have of him. He plays up to it, in fact, and not a lot actually gets on his nerves. No one can say he has a quick temper. His anger though, when reached, is lasting and deadly.
Very much a person who knows what he wants, Audric doesn't know the meaning of the word no. He is never put off by rejection. Instead, he waves it off with a laugh and trying again and again as if it were the first time each time. He's the type of man who would walk into an office and act as though he was the manager and he'd probably get quite a few people to believe him if only because he's so self-assured.
Abilities
Actives
Body Horror: Audric can control how his body reacts when being torn apart. He has a very dulled sense of pain and his body reacts as if he were an extra in a horror movie.Things bleed too much when they shouldn't; if you try to rip out his entrails they might turn into tentacles or something else strange. Body parts may wiggle when cut off or remain acting as if they were attached for a few minutes.
This power can't be used to attack anyone. While it's not a purely visual illusion, the horror people see is a potent delusion. Bugs might leave his body, and they might feel like they're crawling on you, but it can't hurt anyone.
Audric is entirely unable to die.
Polymorphing: A primarily cosmetic power, Audric can morph himself to an extent. He can change his scent, his voice, his hair color/length, and his body.
Things he cannot do with this power include: mimicking other people's voices. Changing his voice is more akin to using a voice modifier. Increase his strength. He can't turn larger than 6'2" or smaller than a toddler. Still can't fly with larger wings.
The only actual functionality with this power is changing his scent or dulling the sharpened parts of his body.
Rapid Regeneration: This ability does not heal Audric right away. He must choose when to activate this power. With small things, like papercuts or gashes, they close up in a matter of seconds.
With broken bones and large chunks of his body missing (such as an opening in the gut or chest) that's when Audric hurts when regenerating. Everything happens at once, broken bones will snap back into place, parts still attached to him will reign themselves back inside of him and rearrange themselves.
Regrowing limbs is even harder on his body if he doesn't grab the limb taken off to let it reattach itself he has to go through the entire process of bone, muscle, and skin rebuilding itself. This takes at least a minute for something like a finger but can take up to five or ten for a missing arm or leg.
When so wounded he's unrecognizable – think obliterated – Audric will appear dead but maintain his consciousness. This can take anywhere from fifteen to sixty minutes depending on the extent of the damage before everything suddenly pulls itself back together and rebuilds.
This keeps Audric from getting things like STDs or other major diseases. It doesn't stop him from getting the common cold, but he must go through all the stages of his sickness at once if he regenerates.
Passives
Monster Physiology: Audric has a prehensile tail with a blade tip. His horns are strong and sharp like daggers, as are his claws. His arms, shoulder blades, lower legs, and chest have a carapace that while strong, don't circulate blood well.Despite having wings, Audric cannot fly. He is capable of gliding when jumping from a high enough position so long as he's going down stomach first.
He has sharp teeth, an acute sense of smell and hearing, but a lack of taste due to his carnivorous nature. Sweets make him sick, as his body can't process them. He can eat rotted or raw meat just fine.
Audric sees exceptionally well in complete darkness or during the night, but ambient light and sunlight give him headaches without his sunglasses.
Due to his tail, he is agiler on his feet than a human when balancing on things like fences or tightropes. If he's not paying attention to it, his tail does have a mind of its own and any intense emotion will have it flicking about.

Audric is a hermaphrodite. His penis retracts into his body, which means kicking him below the waist doesn't do nearly as much damage as it would normally. Using his polymorph power, he can change the shape and size of his genitalia.Social Magnetism: There's something about Audric that seems right to people. He can do things that would typically land people on other's shit list and still be considered endearing or popular. This passive aura isn't pushy or noticeable but he's given more leeway for things others might be ostracized for.

Aura Warning Bracelet: While not actually magical, Manta Carlos distributes customized bracelets for those with auras. Depending on the shape and color, people can tell at a glance the approximate range and nature of the aura of the wearer.Weaknesses
But What About Me?: Everything Audric does must benefit him in some way, or he's inclined not to do it. He must always come before anyone else, and there is no way around this.He tends to be a flake and let down those he cares about. He might apologize to get them off his back, but he and they know he'd do it the same way again. His life has and always will be this circle of events.
No Rest For The Wicked: Audric is utterly incapable of a good days rest. He can't sleep once the sun has set.
And no matter how long he sleeps, he never awakens rested. This can leave him twitchy throughout the day or grumpy after first waking up. He has extreme insomnia.
Purity Beckons: If you want to set up a trap for him, a virgin or morally upstanding citizen is the way to go. He's drawn to them like a moth to a flame. The more innocent a person is, the more desire he has to be around them and find ways to ruin them.
Temptation Sensitivity: Audric has the restraint of a young child. If he wants something, he's going to go for it, and it seems no matter how much this gets him into trouble, he just can't help himself.
Thrill Seeker: Audric can't stay still or settle down. He's always in it for the next thrill, the next adventure. The more dangerous or the greater the promise of sadism or masochism the more likely Audric is there.
History
○ Audric was never born. He never had a family.○ After Moore settled on the island and started Starlight Academy, Audric heard of Manta Carlos. He visited but at the time was unimpressed and decided to go about traveling the world again.
○ Ten years back, he decided to check out Manta Carlos again in the hopes that the island would be more inhibited with exciting creations. He wasn't disappointed.
○ He created his cafe, The Forbidden Zone, near the school and has been set up there since with the promise that if the island ever began to bore him again, he'd leave.
Resources
Audric is a business owner. He runs a well-known cafe, but he doesn't have a lot of expendable resources. Most of the things he has come from other people or theft. He lives in a small studio apartment.
