Michael wrote these all on paper. He already had an idea forming in his head: A dark magic-themed show. Destin would be pulling tricks and the others could make it eerier, scarier. Ha! And they said Halloween was over.

Michael looked at Live with an amused grin. "So... what? You think you're off the hook? That's so cute!" He walked over to Live and ruffled her head a little too much. Silly emo girl, they were just starting with the ridiculous socializing.

"Alright! Everyone, move the tables aside. We're starting practice now. Destin already demonstrated, why don't you guys too? Don't be shy. Use your powers all at once — not the intense levels, mind, but you should definitely interact with each other, see if things go well together." He clapped. "Come on, come on. No time like the present."

So a magician, a tentacle person, and a shadow walker. Nice! Pollyanna thought all these powers were cool in comparison to her own. She hoped she could at least attempt to impress somebody, even though at moments she felt insecure about her own power.

Of course, they couldn’t stand around with introductions for ever. Luckily, she was wearing the proper clothes to allow her to shift on the spot. She looked up to Mr. Ashworth and smiled. She helped to move the tables to give everyone room. She threw her shoes to the side as well. Once the space was somewhat cleared, she got to work.

Closing her eyes, she began to shift. Fur covering her body, her arms becoming thinly membraned wings, radar-like ears sprouting as well as a tail. Luckily, the leotard allowed for this dramatic change in appearance, and the legwarmers would keep her bare paws from getting too cold. She shook a bit, trying to get used to the sudden feeling of heat welling up in her body. She looked at the group, a smile cracking across her muzzle.
"Ta-da!" She exclaimed softly, watching the others as they would perform.

Live's hair was in two long braids and Dr. Ashworth's ruffling of her hair made a few strands come loose. She grumbled, feeling that anything more would simply prolong this hell longer than she wanted so she simply undid her braids, letting her long dark hair cascade down to the small of her back.

She helped move the tables out of the way and then watched as Pollyanna transformed. She wondered if something like that felt painful or just plain weird..

She let out a heavy sigh and then began to do her thing.

First, Live's eyes changed. The gray seemed to be swallowed up by the black of her pupil which then spread until even the white's of her eyes were the shade of shadows.

Then the room got a bit darker as if the shadows got a bit of a boost in contrast to the light. Darkness began to pool in around Live's feet and pull up from the ground like thick black smoke. Then Live's from began to change from the ground up into the same swirling thick blackness though it remained in a humanoid type shape. This continued until Live's from was complete darkness.

Live raised her shadowy arms, causing more shadows to gather and rise up around her within a ten foot radius. She held this for a moment before dropping her arms. As she did, the shadows fell back to the ground. Live's from stayed for a moment and then suddenly seemed to vanish into the ground as well.
