Solace walked around the city, her eyes peering into the plethora of shops. She hadn't been planning to go to the winter dance, but if she was, she'd need to buy something suitable. Unless she planned to go in her old pair of jeans and a shirt she got from six years ago.

Dressed in a pair of sweats and a blue blazer, she stopped in front of one store, enraptured by a necklace. Which reminded her that she needed to get back soon. But not yet.

Suddenly a smooth voice behind her.
"Fancy the necklace, hrmm?"
Judas Anderson smirked.
"You really should get it, you know, it would look nice. Materialism does the body good."

She jumped at the voice, but realizing the bearer of the soothing tone didn't seem like the type to hurt her, she calmed down. "Would it? Look nice, I mean." She eyed the necklace from different angles, a calculating look on her face.

Materialism does the body good. Chuckling, she shook her head. "Ah, yes, but benefits make man a slave." Smiling, she turned away from the necklace and faced the stranger. "Name's Solace Amada."
