Human- Standing at 5'2" and 115lbs Alexandria is on the smaller side with chocolate brown eyes, a bit pale but not enough to be sickly or unhealthy with black hair that fades to a grey blue color before fading to a silvery white color. Her style of dress is really anything she wants, though she really isn't into the pink or frills or really girly things. Skinny jeans sure, she wears the sometimes, but she just goes with whatever is comfortable for the day.
Phoenix- As a phoenix, Alexandria will stand about 8 feet tall with a wing span of almost 20 feet, though that's when shes in her large form, otherwise she will stand at 4 feet tall with a wing span of 12 feet. She is a mixture of different shades of blues with white and silver mixed in. Her wings, in large full form, are made up of ice, while her smaller form has soft blue and silver/white feathers. As she fly's in her small form, she can trail snow behind her, though it melts before it hits the ground if shes above the trees.
Personality Description: Alexandria is a kind and non outspoken person as she usually is shy and keeps to herself but is very nice and friendly if you talk to her, that is, unless you give her a bad vibe. She knows hot to take care of herself, though doesn’t like to resort to violence if she can help it. Picks her friends wisely as a few have hurt her before. The usual catty behavior. You never really know what kind of mood she will be in when you see her as it will vary from day to day and from person to person, but you can bet on it most likely being friendly. Enjoys listening to music even though she cant play worth anything, despite trying. Music calms her down when she gets angry and/or frustrated but when it cant, things can get bad, though its usually over something worth getting angry over. Doesn’t like people picking on those who cannot fight for themselves and hates people harming creatures. Shes extremely loyal and protective of her friends.

Disease immunity- anything from the cold to cancer to STD's
Immortality/Regeneration- If she dies or is killed her body will explode into ice and snow violently, throwing anyone in a 6ft radius back before being sucked back in like a void into a snow pile. This snow pile will be so cold that anything that touches it will freeze solid, this is a defense mechanism for the egg hidden in the middle of the snow pile. She will regenerate around the age of 16 or 17 after about a week.
Enhanced condition- While not as strong as a person with supernatural conditioning, her senses and strength are stronger then the average person.
Flight: When transformed into her phoenix form, she has a set of wings that allows for her to fly
Healing tears- When in phoenix form, if she cries willingly and her tear drops on a wound, it will heal it. The healing hurts yes, almost like a burning, but still heals and has no scar.
Shifting- Rayne can shift between her human form and her phoenix form whenever she wants and takes about 10 seconds for her small form, almost 30 for her large form.
Weaknesses:
Fire is obviously a weakness, shes an Ice Phoenix. Alexandria tends to stay a good few feet away from fire, depending on the heat it produces and the size of it as well. For example, if its a bonfire where people hang out, she can go, but if she gets closer then six feat from it, it can get very uncomfortable and painful the closer she gets.
When in Phoenix form she cant be in too hot of weather, like a desert, or too humid like Texas in July. She can be in the weather, but it taxes her and she wont be at full strength. When the weather at the island gets to be above 90 degrees then it can get very uncomfortable for her so she tends to stay inside her dorm where she can control the air conditioning.
Iron will start to burn her skin the moment she touches it. Being close to iron, without touching it, will cause her to feel weaker and make it harder to use her power over ice.
Powers:
Alexandria can control and manipulate Ice. She can create it from her surroundings or from herself, seeing as she is an Ice phoenix and all, her body temperature is also slightly lower then normal, due to this. She is able to throw ice darts or spears 10 feet as a human, but when shes in her phoenix form, she can blast a good 30 feet around her with her wings, her breath is at 15 feet.
Biography:
As a child Alexandra grew up in Alaska, away from civilization and other people, though there was the occasional winter shifter around, like polar bears or seals. Her parents were both Polar bear shifters and they ran a small hotel type house where other shifters, who needed a break or vacation or whatever else they were doing out in the untamed wilderness, could rest. Others were welcome of course, but not many wanted to hike it over to their place if they didn't agree with the cold. Alexandria's parents originally thought she was going to become a polar bear shifter just like them, being her parents and all, but no, it didn't happen that way. She didn't shift at all when she was supposed to in the first place. What did happen was that her temperature dropped slowly and when her parents noticed that she wasn't as warm as she should be, a doctor was called in to check on her. Nothing was wrong with her though, everything was still running as it should, even with her colder temperature. It wasn't a huge drop, just noticeable if you touched her.
When Alexandria turned 6, that's when she first shifted. She was outside playing with some of the kids that were there with their parents when they were told to come inside, fast. A large snow storm was barreling in on them and when they started to run, the kids all shifted and got there faster then she ever cold in all her snow gear. When she panicked, her body cracked and broke and tingled and before she knew it she was flying, actually flying into her parents. She had shifted for the first time, but it wasn't the polar bear everyone was expecting, it was a bird, an Ice Phoenix. The visitors didn't see her shift, they had already gone inside to get shelter from the storm so when they left, they were none the wiser.
As the years passed on, Alexandria stayed on with her family, even though she liked to fly as much as she could, she did stay away for a few days at a time sometimes, flying and exploring what she never thought she would be able to do in Alaska. She stayed high enough that she wouldn't be spotted by people during the day, but when it got dark she could stay lower. Her cooler then normal body temperature helped too, she didn't get as cold, though it was still cold. She did find out on her 13th birthday what would happen if she was killed. It was an accident to say the least, she had landed and shifted back to she could check out the herd of caribou. She didn't know that poachers were hunting the caribou. They didn't see her and when they started firing into the herd, one hit her when it passed through one of the caribou's neck. A clean through and through, though it hit her in the chest. She knew she was dead, and the next thing she remembers is waking up in a pile of snow and ice as her Phoenix. She didn't know how much time had passed so when she got home, she found out that it was a whole week since she had been gone, though her parents weren't that concerned seeing as she told them she was going to travel a bit around the waste lands.
Alexandria came to the island her freshmen year of high school. Her parents, having home schooled her up until then, decided it ok for her to go. It took a while to get used to the much warmer weather and while she got her own room, seeing as she kept it coldish and the roommate she started with hated it that way, she kind of wanted a roommate then. She found herself flying at night when it was dark and cloudy and not so hot out as it was during the day. She learned early on that her colder then normal temperature was not something people usually had, or the way her hair is. People assume that she dyed it, but she was born with black hair, which changed when she first shifted. When she first started to meet people, she was and still is shy and maybe a bit awkward too. She didn't grow up around a lot of people and when they did have visitors, it wasn't for long. Alexandria went back home for the break, but now its time for her sophomore year and shes ready.
