Flying on Earth was different than in heaven, somehow Talion enjoyed it more, a calm smile appeared on his face as his black wings carried him through the air. It was amazing, this island already seemed wonderful in the few days he's been there.

He closed his eyes for a second, when he opened them, he saw a girl flying toward him. Stopping, he hovered, his wings beating to keep him in place. Smiling, he tilted his head curiously, "hey there," he said happily, friendly like. "Good to see another flyer."

Luna certainly did not expect to see someone else up in the air. Never in her time on Manta Carlos did she see people flying in the air unless it was near school grounds and people were rushing to class. This was not school grounds at all, so she thought it was safe to at least text her house-mate that she was heading home. Apparently that was NOT a good idea because she nearly flew right into someone of black wings. Thank goodness she was able to stop herself before getting too close.
Maybe I don't know Manta Carlos enough to think I'm safe texting in mid-air...

She flapped her white wings to steady herself before speaking. "H-heya, sorry I uhm...nearly ran into you. I wasn't uh, paying attention."

Oooh man was Luna nervous. It wasn't just because of the fact she nearly tackled him, but this guy looked like a freaking angel with that handsome face. Another reason was that she never really personally met/knew someone on Manta Carlos that could fly.....aaaaaaand also because there was a strange aura coming from him that she really could not place. Luna hoped it wasn't anything big or important.

Talion chuckled and smiled, "its no problem, I'm just happy to see someone else up here." Glancing at her wings, he tilted his head curiously, "a fellow angel?" he asked flying a bit closer, his emerald green eyes shinning with curiosity.

"Sorry, I'm Talion," his black wings continued to beat lightly, allowing to hover and talk to the girl, "I just arrived to the island, was exploring, looking around." He grinned, "its an incredible place." He'd jumped at the chance to come here, to start helping people.

He glanced at her phone, "talking to a friend?" He still remembered a few of his friends from his human life, from before he died.

"Oh! Uh no I'm not an angel. You are though? That's actually...really cool! I've never met one before."

Suddenly, as Talion flew closer, Luna felt an incredibly sudden...lift from her shoulders? Like, she was calmer and she was able to see and she...smiled. So wide that her cheeks hurt. Luna nearly lost her balance with her hovering she got so distracted. Her wing-beats were out of sync for a moment, but she adjusted herself quickly. She was definitely still confused and surprised though.

"Uh, n-nice to meet you Talion, my name is Luna. And uh yeah I was talking to a 'friend' " Luna said that while making obvious 'quote' gestures with her hands.

"They are my house-mate and they made me go out and order some sandwiches from a sandwich store." Oh she REALLY hoped she wasn't stuttering. Luna knew already she was saying 'uh' a lot but oh dear was she confused. She was still smiling, but it drooped a little because it was kinda straining for her freaking weak cheeks.

I put them in my pocket space so they wouldn't uh...fly out of my hands on the way home. But he doesn't need to know that haha.

Talion blushed briefly as she said he was cool, "thanks...but I'm pretty average." His emerald eyes looked down for a moment, a little embarrassed, "my black wings aren't as nice as yours."

He tilted his head curiously, "got you running errands huh?" The young angel drifted slightly to the left as they talked, "the school gave a dorm when I arrived a few days ago, no roommate yet," he said in his smooth English accent.

Stopping he hovered again, "are you new to the island?" he asked, smiling kindly, "its been an interesting place so far." A gust of wind blew up, he quickly steadied himself, before gently taking her arm so she didn't get off balanced.

"Pfft nah your wings are badass. My wings are just bulky and white. Not so good at nighttime when I'm just trying to avoid being seen by weird flyers."

Luna sighed at the mention of her friend. "Yeah, he's got me alright. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother letting him stay. Also, I never got a dorm. I didn't go to class at the academy at all. I already got my education uh...elsewhere. But I am pretty new to the island anyways! Just a month. Even in such a short time it certainly has been interesting. So many different kinds of people."

Suddenly an air draft blew up a little, throwing Luna and Talion off-balance. Talion had already taken her arm to help her steady herself before she could protest. Instantly she felt an odd wave of relief. An odd happiness and comfort that left her...dumbfounded.


"W-what..? I...sorry. I got distracted there and I uh, lost my balance a bit. Thank you."

Talion blushed again as she complimented his wings, "yours are nice, pretty feathers." He was a kind person in general, big heart, but he blushed easily at compliments, "people keep thinking I'm fallen because of my black feathers."

He readjusted himself as they both regained their balance, "you look around my age, you must be really smart if you don't have to go to school." The young angel's eyes shinned with kindness and curiosity, "this island is full of so many interesting people."

His calm smile never left his face, "to bad you're not in school, I was hoping we'd have classes together." Talion's wings continued to keep him hovering, "what do you do with your free time if you don't have school?

Luna calmed down a bit and responded, kinda surprised at the fact that people think he'd be "fallen" because of the wings.

"Really? That's odd. I didn't think you were fallen. I've seen plenty of black-winged people and they weren't fallen."

She thought for a moment, hesitated. Luna wasn't sure if telling him was a good idea but she thought she could trust him for some reason...

"Uh, yeah I was forced to finish my education before I came here. Along with some fight training. It uh, wasn't fun." Luna laughed a bit.

"I kinda wish I was in classes again though. I'm sure it's more fun than what I delt with. Nowadays I just hangout wherever to pass the time. My house isn't exactly a good place right now haha."

She looked away from Talions face a little. Luna was so surprised she even said this much at all, and she was scared that he'd hate her..? She has a weird mindset.

"Well, you could enroll in college," he said, still smiling kindly, "there's always more classes to take there." Talion was really happy that he'd be going to school again, that he'd have the chance to be, at least, a somewhat normal kid again, "I'd missed school," he chuckled, "heaven is great, but I'd missed Earth."

He hummed quietly in thought, "wanna land? Get something to eat?" He grinned, "my treat, I'd say your housemate can wait a bit longer." Talion chuckled, "if they complain, tell them a angel came from heaven and gave you a mission."

With that, he slowly started to lower through the air, gesturing to his new friend to follow.

Luna nodded at Talion's suggestion for college.

"Yeah I supposed you're right. I guess I've just been kind of avoiding it a bit. Not entirely sure why though...eh." -Shrug-

She lowered herself slightly to get to his level once he lowered himself a bit. "I've actually already eaten. When I went to the sandwich store for my housemate I just went ahead and grabbed something. How about a park instead? To get relaxed possibly."

Luna pointed in the direction she came towards a green patch of land that looked kind of like a park. "Does that look alright? It's small but I mean...It's a park."

She chuckled a bit at that and made her wings flap forward a little bit to push herself backwards toward the general direction of said park.
