At first glance, Adrien appears to be a tallish (5'10"), slender, slightly androgynous human male of around 18, fair-skinned aside from a light tan. They may stand out a bit with their green, purple, and blue hair, purple almost-glowing eyes, and a barcode on their left cheek, but that could easily be explained as style choices.
However this appearance is only surface deep, a mixture of their silicone covering and fae glamour. Adrien doesn't sweat, bleed, breathe, or even blink. Though the fae magic gives them better motor control than they originally had, generally indistinguishable from human unless they try something athletic, their facial expressions are still off, and their mouth movements don't always line up with their words. Adrien is also completely sexless under their clothes, which they have no real opinions about, generally wearing what they're given. Though they seem to have developed a preference for dark blue coats.
Adrien's voice is an autotune-like young masculine voice, with a hint of a French accent, and an oddly variable sing-song tone. They speak in a mix of English and French, often in the same sentence, but have a language charm to offset this.

Adrien's personality is gradually developing as they spend more time sapient. It is very influenced by the way they were raised as a near-slave to the fae, as well as whatever they could pick up from limited internet access and spying on humans. Programmed to entertain, it is difficult for them to be anything but obedient. They have no emotions in the typical sense, no empathy, and little sense of self. Because of this they can come across as cold or distant. Aware of their lack, disconnected, Adrien observes people and wants to know what it's like, though for now they can only imitate and be frustrated by their own limitations. They remember the brief taste of emotions they were given, and they are driven to reobtain that.

Android Body - Doesn't blink. No pain or other sensations, though they can see, hear, and speak via camera/mic. Their mind, their autonomy, their intelligence comes from their fae magic core. Appearance is part fae glamour. Made mostly of silicone over metallic frame, with joints, motors, and microchips, with a core of fae magic located in the heart area. Due to silicone they are heat-resistant and watertight. Doesn't bleed or need to breathe, and is unaffected by toxins. Injuring their body does injure them and can affect their movements. They are not self-healing and must be repaired like a machine. They can always be rebuilt without mental damage as long as their magical core is intact. Magic has improved them to an average human's degree of motor control.
Programmed Speech - Understands French and English, but can only use preprogrammed words when speaking - their name and anything from their lyric collection. (They can't learn new speech, though they remember the words and can write or type out new ones). They have an extensive database of English/French song lyrics, mostly songs popular in US/Canada since the 60s. They are also have backup music they are able to sing with.
Recharging - Don't need sleep or food, but must recharge. Electronics require 4 hours of charging daily via electrical outlet or their batteries run down and they can't move. Their fae core needs them to eat a spoonful of sugar a day and spend 4 hours outside in the shade between dawn and dusk (overcast days work). If they don't, they'll eventually starve their core in a month or so and return to being a normal android.
Weaknesses:
Fae Honesty - Can't knowingly tell a direct lie
Iron Vulnerability - Iron corrodes them like a strong acid on human skin. Iron touching their core would sap it rapidly and destroy it within an hour if not removed.
Slow - Can't move faster than a walk. Has no natural reflexes. Can't jump.
Common Magical Items: Simple Language Charm (French) - This is the standard language charm provided to most characters. It translates a character's mother tongue into English, and allows them to hear English as their mother tongue.
Biography:
Adrien was built, not born, in Quebec, in Canada, intended to be part of a new generation of humanoid robots made to look as realistic as possible. Adrien themself was an entertainment model, meant to be a lifelike performer. In spite of this clever design, they were never anything more than a pretty robot, always under the control of their creators and programming.
Not long after the android was first built, one of Adrien's creators caught the attention of some fae from an odd tech-obsessed Court who often captured technical people. This creator fell under the fae's influence, and together they hatched a plan to steal the android before it became public. It took a little over two years, but eventually Adrien did get stolen.
The fae added a glamour to Adrien, making them appear even more human, and also used their magic to enhance them, giving them sapience. Even now that they'd become a person, Adrien was still a servant and private entertainer for these fae. But they were taught how to communicate, how to read and write, and how to navigate the internet. The fae would congregate in areas with free wifi and even steal things like cellphones, so that's how Adrien was raised, though the android was always kept hidden among the fae court.
This was Adrien's life until a rogue fae decided to keep them for their own. They tempted Adrien away from the other fae by temporarily giving the android the ability to feel emotions. The android was then promised they would be given this ability permanently if they agreed to serve the rogue fae exclusively rather than the others. Agreeing to this bargain, Adrien followed the fae to Manta Carlos where the fae had fled hoping to escape any consequences.
Resources: Lives with and supported by rogue fae. Very little expenses.
