Personality Description:
It's hard to sum up Vixen's personality. Most who have known her for any period of time, are still often surprised by her mood swings. She can spend most of the day as calm as anyone might expect, and at the drop of a hat, ready for a fight, with a gun in someones face. Alternatively she settles just as quick, going from a rage to super calm without warning as well. Despite her moods, she is usually straight faced, making it that much harder for anyone to actually be able to read her.
She has few things that she actually likes to the point of making her happy. Having grown up during the demonic war she never had much time to pursue outside hobbies. Her favorite thing however is music. She absolutely loves music in all forms, and has even gone so far as to outfit her hound with a cassette player. She has no talent for playing it herself, but when in battle all one had to do to find her was look for the Mech that was blasting out 80's Rock.
She loves all forms of retro tech. This does include things from Manta Carlos right now, given where she is from. To her retro tech is a reminder of how good things used to be before the war. her favorite of retro tech are the old game systems of the era. With her superior reaction times she is able to beat most any game with ease. These old consoles and their games were often used as a way for the GeneMod's to wind down and relax. They could battle it out for supremacy among each other without actually causing damage.
The idea of friendships for her is a new idea. In most cases she was discouraged from making friends as it was accepted that no one really was guaranteed any survival. Distancing oneself from other meant that she was less likely to be hurt. Love is a brand new concept all together and she has no idea how any of that works. Alternatively she is no stranger to sex. Often if not found working on her rig, training for a mission, or actually out on a skirmish, she can be found between the sheets with someone else. In her eyes it is not such a big deal, and she enjoys a good romp as much as anyone.
As a conflicting personality type, Vixen is both lazy and laid back, while also being OCD with an addictive personality. These things go hand in hand with her ability to change moods on the fly, and often lend to interesting scenarios. (Many of which involve a welding torch, large amounts of liquor and a hammock)
Her OCD revolves primarily around anything to do with her shop or rig. She has a great deal of trouble allowing anyone the ability to touch or work on anything in her possession. Her thought is that she alone is the only one who will be able to do a good enough job on whatever she is working on. The same goes to organizing her shop, to a point where she can literally describe where every single item is located. The quickest way to throw her into a frenzy is to start touching things that she doesnt want you to touch.

Mechanical
Vixen is an incredibly skilled mechanic from the year 2407. Even by the technical standards of that time she has few her equal that aren't machines. She knows her rig inside and out, and has a phenomenal understanding of other hounds. She is also well versed in ancient technology, and can repair most any vehicle from a Model T right up to a top of the line Ferrari.
Soldier
Vixen comes from a time where war with the Demonic's is an everyday occurrence. She is part of the human resistance and as such she has been trained from a young age to be a soldier. Her genetic enhancements have lent to her superiority on the battlefield, but at the end of the day, it has been intense training, combat simulations, and skirmishes with the enemy that have hardened her into a soldier.
Pilot
going hand in hand with her two previous skills is her Piloting ability. She is no jet fighter however. Instead she operates a Hound. A 38 ton Bipedal tank used to fight directly against the demonic hordes. She was often described as one of the best Hound Pilots in the resistance. She can operate all manner of hounds including biped, quadruped, Crawlers (treads), and Hover models. She is also able to operate small freighters with little difficulty.
Species Abilities:
Extended life, and Improved Immunity and Durability
Vixen is a GeneMod Human. Part of Humanities last attempt to fight back against the Demonic Horde. GeneMod's are theorized to be able to live up to 1000 years in age before they begin to break down due to proper aging. Given that the technology is relatively new there is little actual Data on their actual lifespan. She is also genetically immune to all forms of illness and infection from this Era. GeneMod's do have an improved healing factor, but it is not much greater than that of a human. the only key difference is that while they may receive a wound, they will very rarely scar from it. The nature of their healing will return their body to it's original state at a normal rate, rather than heal to a compromised state at an accelerated rate. This means that Severe or crippling injuries can be healed, and limbs can be regrown, but the process is as slow as one would expect for a human.
Improved physical and Mental Acuity
GeneMod's are simply put, harder, better, faster, stronger than there human counterparts. The Average Gene Mod can easily lift around 400 lbs. This is a feat achievable in normal humans, but strength training is required. Gene Mods can also run at roughly 40 km/h (25 miles per hour), though some have been clocked at 50 km/h. They also posses a superior neural highway, improving their reaction times to 0.00001. This means that they are able to respond to something almost instantly.

*The Mech is more for flavor than anything. In most cases she will either be working on it or referring to it. It's no really feasible to walk it through town (Nor Legal) So it will only ever be used in the event of repairs, or specialized circumstances where it is applicable.

Biography:
In the year 2407 the earth has been in a war for over 200 years. The demonic armies had risen up to over throw mankind and claim it's place on earth. United under one banner the seven princes brought Hell to the kingdom of Man. In a desperate bid to restore balance, the kingdom of heaven rode to meet the invading demons. But no one was ready for the attack, and the well prepared armies of Hell quickly overpowered heaven and forced Mankind into hiding. Before man retreated they managed to retaliate, nuking the surface of the planet rendering it unlivable.
By the time the fallout settled the demonic army had started to march on heaven leaving the scorched remains of the planets surface for the time being. Heaven had already been weakened in their attempt to aid the kingdom of man, but still to this day barely managed to hold the armies of hell at bay.
Meanwhile Mankind has refused to simply disappear into the night. They had begun working on a way to fight back on their own. Technological superiority. The first wave of mankind's resistance rolled out in the year 2377, more than a hundred years since Hell came to them. By this point the Demonic horde had almost all but forgotten about the human race, and where completely taken off guard when the first mechanized division emerged to claim the first victory for the kingdom of man.
From that point on the Wart turned. The obvious flaws of mankind were brought even by it's newly developed technologies. The next step would be to overcome the weakness of the human condition. People needed to be faster, stronger, and better geared to fight the evil that had driven them back. Thus began the GeneMod program.
Vixen was genetically created from birth. GeneMod 31 out of 100 children. It was found that by using various proteins and enzymes one could effectively reinforce the double Helix-ed DNA of humans. At first glance Vixen appeared to be a normal human, as did all the other members of the GeneMod group. It wasn't until she was around the age of ten did she start to display any real differences from her traditional human counterparts.
Vixen was trained from youth to be a mechanic. And once she started show signs of advanced development she was entered into the soldier/Pilot programs. Given her heightened state of being, she was quickly able to out perform many others in the programs who had been in them many years longer. By the age of sixteen she was running missions with a team, performing hit and run's on Demonic armies, as well as full on skirmishes with imposing forces. This became her life until the year 2407.
By this point mankind had begun looking to colonize other planets. The earth itself was a wasteland, with no chance of resettlement. The only hope to the future was to look to the stars and leave the scorched planet. Vixen and a few other pilots, were assigned to test out a new Freighter Jump Drive. In theory the drive would allow the ship to bend time and space, effectively bouncing it from one system to another. If all was successful the group would land somewhere in the Andromeda system where they would be able set up a stable jump port, and allow other ships to follow them there.
Instead the Jump drive exploded while the ship was between point A and Point B. However rather than simply drop them in a random chunk of space, Vixen and her crew were dropped in a new time all together. Earth Orbit, 2016.
The ship itself was unable to maintain orbit around the planet and crashed into the Pacific ocean. Vixen had been able to get to her Rig, and force an ejection before the ship went down, and she managed to guide her machine in mid fall to crash on the northern shore on Manta Carlos. Her rig has experienced extensive damage, and she is working hard to try and repair it using the tech available in this time.
After learning that she is in fact unable to get back to her own time she has opened up her own shop where she works repairing everything from vehicles to game systems. On the side she moonlights as a bounty hunter, hunting down rogue demons that threaten the peace of Manta Carlos.
Additional Information:
-Vixen loves music from the 1980's and 90's. She has installed an old school cassette deck in her Rig so that she can listen to her favorite tunes in their vintage glory. Rock and Pop are her favorite genre's of music.
-Vixen is a competitive Gamer. With her enhanced reflexes she has little trouble beating most people in most any game. Her favorite systems are everything from the original Nes, right up to the Xbox one. She thinks of them as Archaic relics of a better time.
-Vixen still holds out hope that she will be picked up by a member of her Faction. Statistically speaking she will never make it back to her time and world though.
-The events mentioned take place in an alternate timeline. Events in this timeline have already prevented anything like that from being able to happen.
-Vixen is unable to become drunk or high, due to her healing factor. Smoking also has no effect on her. She chooses to drink because she enjoys the way the alcohol burns her throat. Similarly she enjoys the feeling of smoking.
