Isabelle leaned over the edge of the lake so she could look at her reflection in the water. Staring at it for a moment, Isabelle splashed her reflection, feeling the cool water on such a cold day gave her quite the chill. Isabelle sat back, thinking for a moment. She shook her head as if she were talking to someone but no one was there, "I shouldn’t be here." She said to herself out loud. It saddened her to know that she could be home helping her family fight off the demons that killed her brothers. But no she was here, out of all the places. Why here?
