The sound of horse hooves were heard in a distant. The horse trotted up the mountain side, with a rider on it's back. The horse was black and white, but the rider was in armor, and it was mostly red. The riders name was Fury Arrow Bane, brother to Trephas and Tear. He came here, sent by his uncle and aunt, after they heard about his family disappearing, though Fury didn't care, he never liked his family much, but now he was stuck here, with two siblings and a annoying cousin, who can read pasts. Fury refuses to go near Eben.

As Flick trotted up and up, Fury closed his eyes, in deep thought. His family was disappearing and he knew where they were, but he refused to let anyone know, it wasn't the right time to tell them. His excuse if he were to tell them was that there were some in the family who were too young to hear it, and that they would make bad choses in what to do, but he would be lying, but he liked to lie.

He held onto the reins, in a loose grip. Flick was smart horse. He had trained his horse himself. If Fury got wounded the horse would take him back. In battle the horse would rear and kick the enemy. Fury had enjoyed training the horse, as much as he enjoyed training himself to become a better fighter.

Lex sat on a small piece of cliff, high above the path, curled into a little ball with her eyes closed. She'd gone away from the school today, in search for somewhere without people. Today was the day that Chloe had been killed. There was no outward to how she was dealing with it, her face was as still as stone, with no evidence of tears. She didn't look upset, nor did she look happy. She just looked as though she was in the state of being. She didn't know that Kane was here yet, otherwise, she would have spent the day with him. He helped her relive the good things about Chloe on this day, skirting the memories that automatically came paired with it.

She tried to focus on the good as she immersed herself in her memories, but every once and a while, a rock would be torn off of the cliffside, and sent to plummit. She forced her eyes open, blinking at the force of the memory she'd just dragged herself out of. So there she sat, eyes staring at nothing, panting as she tried to orient herself as to where she was. Right, she was in the moutains, outside of SA. She was safe. X didn't know where she was. She rubbed the thick white scar, in the shape of an x, on the back of her hand thoughtfully. Yes, as long as Trephas was here, she was safe.

His horse continued to trot, but the horse stopped right away, when a rock plummited into the path before him and his horse. Fury looked up, to find the source of this. He noticed a girl way up there. He glared at the girl, but from way down here, she probably couldn't see. He lightly kicked the sides of his horse, then whispered somethings in its ear, and the horse right away went into a gallop.

The Flick was still galloping up the hill, till he got Fury to his destination. The horse stopped a little ways away from Lex, and just stood there, very still. Fury still sitting on the horse, stared at the girl through a hateful gaze. "You could kill someone doing that." He said in a deepish voice that sounded angry.

Lex stood calmly, looking at Fury with a detached gaze. She was tired. Not physically. And she didn't care that he was mad at her. Any normal day, she would have been completely defensive, but not today. "That wasn't my intention. I didn't injure you or your horse, I hope?" her words were soft and dull, her face neither upset or happy. She didn't move, instead remaining completely, if not eerily, still, even her blinking slow and delayed. There was no motion around her, for her mind was dormant, closed, hiding from reality. Today was not a good day. Ever, since the day that Chloe died.

He glared at the girl, and looked her up and down. "You could have hurt me and my horse, even if you didn't." He snapped angrily. He looked the girl up and down, his gaze still angry, but no one really could anything why he was always angry. He looked a little like Trephas, just, older, and longer hair, and and different eyes, but his gaze seemed like his younger brothers, well, it would seem like it if Trephas was ever angry.

Lex let out a quiet sigh. She wasn't annoyed, nor was she bothered by his decision, apparently, to hate her. She cocked her head to the side for a moment, connecting what Trephas had said about his brother, with the obvious family resemblance. She chose not to say anything though. Instead, she apologized again, "Well, I shall be more careful in the future, I'm very sorry that you had to suffer from my foolishness." she said quietly, calmly, but completely detached.

For any who knew her, they'd know that her mind was withdrawn, and she was responding on automatic, but to the average bystander, or a person who just met her, she just appeared to be very polite. Her facial expression still hadn't changed from the moment he saw her, and she even blinked in a delayed way.

The horse snorted, as if at what Lex had said, and it made Fury smile slightly then he patted the horse on the neck, and then whispered in its ear, and then it threw its head up in the air, neighing, and again Fury smiled, his smile that was cruel like.

He tilted his head to the left for a moment, his smile fading from his face as he stared at the girl. "Your expression never changes, does it?" He said, thinking of Eben, his eyes never changed, almost like the girls face, dull, boring, and it annoyed him.
