"Lunch on- uh. Okay."

Trinity seemed unsure as how to react, but trotted off to follow Stefan. This was unexpected to say the least; she didn't expect to find someone this friendly within her first two weeks. And Stefan was possibly the last kind of person she expected to try to befriend her.

She kept up easily with Stefan, and entered the diner with him, hopping into the opposite seat. The menus arrived, the waiter disappeared, and Trinity scanned the menu. It didn't look too bad, it was much like her favorite small diner back home, if with more burgers than sandwiches. And milkshakes.

"Milkshakes? Now you've got me interested..." She quickly went for the spiciest thing available. "Jalapeno chili fries, nice. What are you getting?"

Stefan hadn't picked up his menu. He knew exactly what he wanted. This little diner had slowly been becoming his favourite spot. The combination of atmosphere, food quality, and how friendly the staff were made the small place feel homey and relaxed.
"Barbecue Bacon Burger. Sweet potato fries. Chocolate Oreo Shake."
When he finished listing his order he mimed drooling to emphasis how good it was. Stefan looked over to Trinity with a smile as the waiter came over to take their order.
"Stefan good seeing you. Usual? And for you Ms?"
Stefan chuckled and nodded to confirm he wanted his usual and waited for her to order as well.
