Faye continued her slow paced run behind Dante, when she shouted for him it was as if he didn't even hear her. She picked up her pace, and could feel her shoes rub against her ankles, it was painful, but she wouldn't stop she had to catch up to Dante and made things right. She didn't want him to hate her. She liked him a lot, and the connection towards him was still there. She wasn't sure if she should yell his name again, so she didn't she just kept running after him.

Finally she saw him slow, and she ran right into him, wrapping her arms around him. "I didn't mean to upset you. I just, well I forgot that you weren't use to socializing with people. I didn't mean for our day to turn out like this. I wouldn't blame you if you never wanted to speak to me again."

With saying that she heard something buzz past her head and she looked to Dante seeing him dodge something. What had he dodged? It was so fast she couldn't make it out. Was it the blue eyed guy again who did this?

Without taking the time to realize it, she saw Dante running back in the direction of the cafe. She had never saw a man, let alone anyone run that quick before. It was insane. She looked back and sure enough she saw the blue eyed guy. He had been the one to throw whatever it was at Dante. To think did all of this happen just because he asked her a simple question. What was it with guys anyway?

Shinji's expression was of shear seriousness as he watched the projectile move towards its target. It was fast indeed, but anyone could dodge it, especially someone of Dante's skill. It was no surprise to Shinji that he was able to dodge it without a problem. He did have enough time to react after all. Shinji's should will have completely healed by now and was left with a simple hole in his jacket and shirt. He didn't worry too much about it though since he had more just like it back at his dorm room.

Quickly, and without a shred of hesitation, Dante sped towards Shinji seemingly changing what he was capable of. Almost as if he changed animal attributes. No matter though, Shinji wasn't an idiot. He could tell what was going to happen if he tried to take it head on. Luckily there was enough space between the two for Shinji to take note of his speed and then react. Launching the second spoon which was in his left hand, still rotating quickly, he curved this one as well to get it to pierce his side. Though it wouldn't do much damage since bore usually have tough hides. It would be enough for him to feel pain but nothing serious about it.

Without a second in between movements, though, Shinji began to run full speed towards Dante as well. His eyes glowed brightly for a moment engulfing his pupils before going out. This wasn't a sign that Shinji was unable to control his power enough to keep it up, it was a sign that he had enough control to keep it down. In his left hand still was the rotating fork that he had but he left hand was empty. Just when there was only one short meter between the two, Shinji made a pulse of electromagnetic waves with his left hand pointed at the ground. As a result of this, he was sent into the air. These waves weren't large so he was only a few feet above that of Dante as he would probably be passing him right now.

Using his height and trajectory, Shinji made himself do a cartwheel mid air to try and slice Dante's back with the rotating fork. Again, it would only have the same effect as the spoon. Enough to hurt him but not anything serious. Shinji landed and jumped back a little for a bit more distance launched the fork at Dante. This time, there was no curve, it headed straight for him and there was slightly more force behind this one due to the adrenaline that Shinji felt as he executed his attacks.

Now Shinji would be about a meter or less from where Faye is standing. He isn't paying too much attention to her though he realizes she is there so that he wont get her caught in the crossfire.

Faye had embraced him in a hug a surprise to him before apologising had he not been in the wrong? she was curious one moment seeming to hate him and his actions now she was apologising for what was beyond her control. He would've replied to her if his mind was in a less focused state simply brushing past her he had charged towards his opponent.

The charge had been dodged, the man seemed to have some skill for himself and was not completely without reason for arrogance, the man had analysed his movements and reacted accordingly and so as such he too would analyse as well as he could the man would send one projectile flying to his side curved it would cause a slight amount of pain nothing which concerned him too heavily he was not a man unused to pain and he had faced far more fearful altercations in his life.

Shinji had began a rush towards him unexpectedly especially after he had seen the speed of him, Dante would pay close attention to all of which he could awaiting anything unusual to happen he needed to see how exactly this man fought, his eyes had glowed brightly before snuffing out as he rushed it was an unusual sight and one that perhaps should be kept in mind.

Instead of straight up going for an attack he would wait to see how the man continued to act, and eventually would gain a smile as he watched him raise himself through the air from about a metre away, an interesting action. Dante continued to watch as the man travelled merely a few feet from his head and eventually began a cartwheel mid air attempting to slice his back, simply stepping forward to dodge the attack, before turning and watching as he from a few feet away began to propel another projectile at him this one faster than the last and likely more powerful.

Dante would chuckle as he began to charge straight into the fork and towards him at full speed fast enough and unexpected enough to make it an easier attack the added bonus of them not being far from one another would possibly prove fruitful as well, as he charged he would ready his right claw to cut into the man's neck from a diagonal arc downwards.

The fork would pierce Dante's chest and become engraved in his chest however it would not go too far stopping while slightly in and causing some pain however it would not yet cause bleeding. his face held a grin and his canines were ready to pounce if he could reach his opponent he would attempt to rip into him with his teeth alongside his clawed strike and the utter weight of his attack.

Faye noticed that Dante was shocked at her embrace, but he didn't hug her back.He went right past her towards the guy. She wished she hadn't brought him to the city now, she should have considered meeting him back at the forest, and have him show her around, but it was to late to rethink things. She had other things she had to figure out, like how the hell she was suppose to stop the two of these idiots from attacking one another.

She spun around to see how far away they were, when in reality they weren't far at all. They were fairly close. She tried to come up with a plan, but without having anything as defense, she was helpless. She had no idea what to do.

She watched as the blue eyed guy throw something and it hit Dante right in the chest. if she thought she saw it right, she thought Dante ran even faster when they guy threw the item at him. It was a fork he threw! Why? Through Faye's eyes everything probably looked a lot worse than it really was, but she didn't stop to think about that. All she could think about was finding a way to stop them. Then, the idea kind of hit her, what if she got between them. Would they still try to go after each other then? She didn't want them to hurt each other.

She decided she'd better go while she had the chance, Dante was almost to the blue eyed boy and, she ran towards them although the weren't that far away and tried to put herself between them. "Stop! Stop! Stop!" She yelled, throwing herself between them just in time.

Shinji wasn't surprised what with his brute attitude and animal instincts, Dante would just run right through the fork that moved ever so graciously through the air. It got lodged into his chest though it didn't do much damage or cause much pain. It was interesting how he almost didn't care it was there. Shinji could probably use that to his advantage in his next attack. It was all in a split second that Shinji began to execute his counter attack and his next attack. The beast of a man, Dante, had already began his attack as well with his claws ready to destroy Shinji on contact.

Shinji had his hands posted up with his palms outward. He was ready to send a pulse that would push them both back around 2 meters. This would tire him out obviously but it would be worth not dying. But before anything could happen, Faye's voice could be heard over every noise in the area. Shinji was unable to react fast enough. Faye moved in between the two moving Shinji's arms out of the way. With Shinji baffled and Dante about to strike, everything seemed to move in slow motion to Shinji. His mind was racing to figure out what to do, so much he was getting a headache from it.

His arms were no to his left with Faye directly in from of him. He found that there was nothing he could do to both evade Dante and get her out of the way. His only option now was to take the blow and move her from the area. He knew what he had to do even though he didn't like it. Its not that he only saved her because he wanted to be with her, he would do it for anyone really unless the really deserved it. Just before Dante had made his move, Shinji, simply put, hugged Faye from behind wrapping his arms around her tightly. In doing this, he spun both of their bodies around while Dante's claw smashed and slashed deep through Shinji's right said and back.

Rippling with pain, Shinji began to fall to the ground as Dante's claw left his meat and skin. The burning pain he felt was almost unbearable. His healing was unable to move fast enough to heal such a variety of deep wounds. But Shinji wasn't finished just yet. As he fell to the ground, he used his last conscious energy to push Faye away from him. He was weak from his injury so she only moved a bout 2 feet away. But Shinji however was moved a meter away from the force of the attack. He rolled and slid over the ground as he wound continued to bleed out completely. One could see the wound trying to close due to his healing but barely It would take days to almost over a week for something like this to heal.

Fallen unconscious, Shinji lye on the ground before the two bleeding out horribly. Death wasn't inevitable but it was a possibility if he wasn't helped in time. His breathing was slow and his heart rate was slower. He didn't move, not even a twitch. Was this Shinji's end? Is this how he goes?

Faye had ran in between them attempting to stop their fight while he was still in mid charge she yelled for them to stop, and Dante feared he may hit her for he could not stop himself from hitting her, but suddenly Shinji had switched places with her and been struck bare by the attacks of Dante.

Skin and meat were torn from the mans body gruesomely, and he fell to the ground in intense pain his back and side had been clawed apart but he managed to send Faye away from them whilst on his last stand. The man had fallen into unconsciousness after moving a metre from the collision area
rolling and sliding over the ground his wounds could be seen attempting to heal themselves but seemingly not doing so fast enough.

The man seemed near death and Dante had caused this he did not truly mean to kill him or did he? surely this was not a humane thing, staring at the man's body he would be incapable of facing Faye's stare, he would walk to the body and crouch beside it for a moment looking perhaps as if here going to attack again as he checked that the man was still breathing and thrust him onto his shoulders.

He would bring this man somewhere he could get fixed up. though he was kind of confused as to where knowing that it would need to be quick he would activate a third bone from within his necklace that of the russian lynx upgrading his eyesight speed and acrobatic skill. he would quickly begin climbing the building and upon reaching the top start searching for some sort of medical building.

Faye knew it was a mistake as soon as she jumped between them so after she yelled for them to stop she clenched her eyes shut tight and hoped for the best. Faye felt as two arms wrapped around her and flipped her around in the opposite direction away from Dante's blow that was meant for the the blue eyed guy. She was moved a ways away by him, he had saved her.

She watched in horror as Dante's claw went deep into the guy's side. She wasn't sure she should be pissed off, or be sick. She wasn't able to handle blood very well, but she would handle it this time, because someone's life was at stake. She jumped up and ran over to the boy hovering over him. "Please be okay," she whispered to herself. "Please, please be okay." She wasn't sure who she was comforting.

She looked up to Dante, afraid. She had no idea what he was capable of. This? This horrible scene in front of her told her exactly what he was capable of doing. She looked back at the boy, tears filling her eyes, she didn't even know his name. And would probably never know now.

Faye watched as Dante walked over and crouched down and threw the boy over his shoulder. What was he doing? Helping him, hopefully? Faye watched as he walked toward a building a climbed to the top. What in Earth was he doing?

"Dante!" Faye shouted, "We have no time for games, get down here! We have to get him help!" She looked up, wondering what he would say.

Unconscious, Shinji lye over Dante's arm. His heart rate had slowed exponentially and his breathing was just as slowly. Blood still streaming from his massive wound and sweat beating off his body from every where. They were heavy and hard droplets of sweat, like nothing he had ever done before. He was unable to feel the unimaginable pain that was caused to him when he was thrown over Dante's shoulder so abruptly and without any hesitation. His wound was still attempting to heal but it seemed as if it was being held back by something, maybe he had to be conscious for it to really work effectively. He was on the brink of death.

Though he was still unconscious, he dreamed as if he were asleep. It was dark and empty in his mind. There was nothing but himself wondering around in the empty darkness of his almost faded away mind. He walked on and on until he fell, almost as if he feel from an invisible cliff. He fell and fell further and further into the abyss that was considered his brain and imagination. Was this what it was like to be dead?

He tried to scream as he reached out for nothing at all but his throat let out no such noise. In fact, there was no sound at all coming from anything in the area. Not even the wind passing his ears as he fell. It was all just so empty. What was he to do now...?

As he searched through the area scoping out anywhere in which may resemble a hospital he would hear Faye shout up to him asking him to stop playing games and telling him that Shinji needed help upon hearing her he would look down and simply reply with a nod before beginning to rush through the building running at full speed leaving the location in which they had been.

He ran for roughly a half hour before finding and arriving at the hospital which had proven to be not too difficult of a find. He would lay him inside the hospital doors and call for help before rushing his way back out the door.

He needed solitude he needed time to think he needed to be one with the wild he needed to be his wild self and he needed to rest maintain a perfectly powerful appearance and only allow weakness to seep through the cracks whilst he was alone.

Faye watched as Dante and the mysterious blue eyed guy disappear. Two guys she had barely known, and now they were gone. Where Dante was taking him she didn't know? But maybe he came to his sense and took the boy to the hospital. She would find out later she supposed.

Faye wasn't sure what she was suppose to do now. Would she just go home and pretended this didn't happen? Or would she do something? Would she go find Dante again? Sure he'd be in the woods. But the Forest was so big, there's no way she'd find him. And for the blue eyed guy, she didn't even know his name. But she would attempt to find him again as well.

For now though Faye decided to go home, she had a lot on her mind, and she couldn't face Dante right now. What would she even say. She continued on, her destination would be her dorm room. She had a long night ahead of her.
