"Well then," he said, hand still gently against her cheek. Saxon licked his lips blatantly, pressing them together like one would when applying chapstick.

"Take what's yours, Alanna."

Staring at Saxon wide-eyed, Alanna felt a jolt at his words. It was like a shock of something, desire, need, wanting of the thing she didn't know she had lost or need. His words from earlier came flooding back to her and Alanna found herself stepping forward a bit, drawn to him, pressing up lightly against Saxon as she brushed his lips softly at first, nipping at his bottom lip before she kissed him deeply sighing softly as she felt him responding to her.

Saxon let out a soft sound like a moan when Alanna kissed him, his hands moving from her cheeks into her hair. Tugging slightly at it, but pressing their faces closer together. He slipped his tongue past her teeth, exploring her mouth and savoring the moment.

How long the kiss lasted, he couldn't say. It felt like forever. When it did finally end he was panting. His cheeks flush with desire and alcohol. His eyes staring at her hungrily. Then he crashed his lips back into hers.

"Saxon..." Alanna murmured breathlessly into the kiss, not quite able to get enough of him, kissing him back hungrily as she wrapped her arms around his neck, running her hands along the back of his neck, breathing in the scent that was uniquely him, wanting him, to be part of him somehow as she pressed her body against his.

"Alanna, I want-" Saxon's breathy response, whatever it was, was cut off by an angry shout from the ground below. Looking quickly over the balcony, the two of them could see a person, probably a teacher or a dorm parent, who had reacted to the sound of the shattering bottle that Saxon had thrown earlier.

"I would love to continue this, but I also don't want to get detention forever." Stepping back slightly, he looked around as though he were making a decision. The person on the ground was storming back towards the doors leading into the ballroom and Saxon cursed under his breath.

"I think this might be where we part ways, sweet Alanna. If I fall, I prefer to fall alone. Go, mingle into a crowd. I'll draw them away."

Breaking away reluctantly, Alanna looked down over the balcony and swore under her breath. It was a dorm parent, she recognised the voice.

"Are you sure?" she asked Saxon with a worried look in her eyes, trying not to panic as she hurried for the stairs that led back down into the ballroom.

"I don't want you to get in trouble. Just... just be careful, okay?" she said quickly, hearing the dorm parent's voice getting closer and deciding it was a good time to take off down the stairs before she got caught.

Saxon gave Alanna a wry grin, giving her a kiss on the back of her hand before letting her go. "Don't worry about me, sweet Alanna. I've never been caught in my life."

His smile softened as she slipped away from him. "I'll never forget you my fly by night love," he called to her before shutting the doors and leaving himself alone on the balcony. He climbed onto the other side of the railing and waited. When the dorm parent came barreling through the doors he offered them a sly salute and dropped down, hanging by his hands for just a second before landing on the ground hard.

Then Saxon was up and running, ignoring his bruises and laughing like a madman while the dorm parent cursed and fled back in lside to give pursuit.
