K'hhydii

K'hhydii likes to think he's a very, very cute cat. He's about 8 feet long from forehead to the tip of his tails, standing at about 4 feet in standing height. His body is mostly covered with frizzy grey and violet fur, entirely disheveled with elongated ears that look more like rabbit ears. He has two tails — or maybe it would be more appropriate to say he has two snakes as tails? They seem to move on their own but their gazes are so empty it's so hard to tell if they're sentient or not. His underbelly is covered in extra broad scales, each one covering the belly from side to side like snakes while his back has a ridge of uneven spikes jutting out along his spine up to where his tail-snakes pop out from his fur — wait are those from bones? Yikes. He has five fingers on his front "paws" which look more like short stubby hands with mole-like claws. He's mostly bipedal, found to be hunched over to look like he's on all fours instead. He sometimes idly hovers in the air for some reason.

He has four pairs of eyes on his head, the larger pair placed where eyes should normally be and the smaller pair below it, which would be easy to look at if they didn't blink separately or dart around randomly like a damned gecko. They're visible part is mostly entirely the iris which is teal in color. His mouth is filled with razor sharp teeth with two sharp pairs from the upper row protruding out from his lips even when closed. His expression seems to stay in a menacing grin that could just send chills down your spine if you stare for too long. Staring at him for too long in this for gives psychics a headache.

Thankfully, he has some sense to conceal this appearance to appear as an actual Earth cat instead. He appears as a small white Turkish Angora that looks well taken care off. His fur is a soft white, freshly clean and combed to fluff neatly but a cute bushy tail that just always up in the air. He appears with a studded teal collar in pristine condition. His eyes maintain its original teal color. Although even he does appear this way to people, his shadow and reflection shows his real form. He's sometimes found to hover 4 feet into the air even in this appearance and often times forget to meow properly. His entire being is hard to understand; it's so much easier to call him a Cheshire cat.​

K'hhydii is more of an observer but he wouldn't say he's a quiet one. He isn't the kind that would jump in to control the tide of whatever even he find himself in, rather he's that annoying side character that pitches in, making random side comments that may either be distracting, confusing, or actually dropping an important clue the actual participants need. Other than that, he just sits back, waiting for them to catch on. He seems like a simple-minded creature but don't let it fool you. He's unpredictable and he's got tricks up his sleeve you don't want to see if you want to stay sane or even alive. He's not that very easy to figure him out just as it's so difficult to understand him as a creature.

He's rather passive in most situations, playing along with the rules of other planes as some sort of unspoken code. Outside of his own dimension, he doesn't use his abilities — at least in its entirety. He's curious otherwise, trying to understand conventions about other dimensions, confused at times when some of his behavior is apparently frowned upon or abnormal. He doesn't get what's so wrong about a floating cat that sometimes disappears out of sight. Don't people like that sort of thing?

Since somehow settling in Manta Carlos, he's downplayed his entire character and just sits around in the corner — which is why people think he's just the owner's pet until he starts talking. He sees humans or any other earth creatures below him, which explains his attitude towards them. It could be easily dismissed by most people but for others easily offended, he sounds more condescending than necessary. No stress! He doesn't mean offense — that's just how he feels considering his status in his home dimension. He's easy to amuse, any type of behavior is a curious subject to him. He seems like a jolly character, just a few seconds from bursting into chuckles at any instance. All other creepy things about him aside, he's relatively easy to have chat with.​

K'hhydii does not belong to this world. He is a creature beyond human comprehension, and is not bound by the laws of reality. He can slip between dimensions as easily as walking through doors, and manipulate space like it's clay. K'hhydii can be harmed, injured, restrained and subdued but he cannot be ultimately killed. He is a beast that exists in unnatural bases. How can you kill something that isn't truly there? K'hhydii would be quite fearsome, as he is an eldritch creature. The only case it that, he doesn't seem to be interested in anything else but eating and sleeping and enjoying the things happening around him.​

K'hhydii's has the ability to alter visual perception. He usually uses it on himself to fool people in to seeing him as an actual cat but he can also use it on other things to create illusions. His illusions only work when people see with their eyes. If people see through their eyes and in combination with other senses (extra-sensory perception), their sighting will not match, causing nausea and headaches, unless they chose to focus on plain sight or the latter. His illusion will not work to those who strongly recognize what they are actually looking at. People with "good eyes" can also see through this. His illusions do not cast reflections but there are rare times mirrors can show the reality, never the illusion.​

K'hhydii can rip open a portal to different worlds but in very peculiar places. Usually from the ground. And it's not quite "ripping" but more of digging. He can open up a gateway by digging a hole through reality. Anyone can walk (or fall) into it by accident. He closes the gateway by "covering it up with dirt".​

K'hhydii belongs to a parallel reality where everything is upside down, right-side up and a bunch of topsyturvy mess that almost makes no sense to smaller minds. This was his domain, his own land. His dimension is divided in four kingdoms, each land ruled differently from the other. People who would visit one of the kingdoms would be fairly reminded of the kingdom of Hearts from the popular stories. K'hhydii always liked thinking this was based on his own kingdom — after all, it was easy to get lost into Volshebnaya.

Volshebnaya is everything but dreamland. It's a terrible place — not only is it confusing as heck, it looks like a living nightmare. Some people can go off and call it hellish and K'hhydii wouldn't even care. If anyone ended up there, they'd more or less think they're in some drug-induced nightmare or some other.

K'hyddii can be found in the neutral grounds of this entire land; he lived a lazy life for the first few millennia when his domain started out, practically just bossing around his subjects as he manipulated the terrain to his whim. It was only a matter of years for them to get used to the ever changing land. Physics had nothing on him with how he built his domain. He could care less: Physics was boring.

After things seemed to settle he started traveling, jumping dimension to dimension. The first few places he visited, there were possibly some instances he might have toyed with physical rules he shouldn't have touched. He wouldn't say anything about it though. There was no evidence for him to confess anything.

Only recently did he find himself in Manta Carlos, wondered if he actually been in this dimension at least once before but he couldn't seem to care much. The small island was filled with interesting people! He could probably take a vacation here. Did a bookshop sound like a good vacation plan? It probably was.​
