Appearance Description: The young man enjoys wearing the black of color since it suited his mood a bit better. The boy eyes were of a slate color with slight bits of silver laced through the pupils. His hair is black though in the winter time it becomes a lighter black, like a slate color. It is short and hangs loosely. He doesn’t normally have to style it since it just falls into place that way. Skin is a pale white and soft, at a height of 5’9 weighing in at 119 lbs the boy is thin, no muscles, though he is slightly stronger then people think.
Personality Description: Jayson is a young man that keeps mostly to himself. He goes to his classes every day and doesn’t usually cause any trouble. When he does Jayson normally doesn’t really complain. He lets people use him for things up to a point that it doesn’t harm himself or anyone else around him. He is pretty brave in his own ways but mostly gets trampled on by people. The young man is normally pretty accommodating when it comes to someone’s comfort.
Powers:
1 – Shapeshifter: The only form that the young man has is into a snow leopard.
2 – Augmentation – Jayson’s ability to enhance or diminish someone’s power. However this power can ONLY be used against one person, Emilie. This ability only fits to this one person because both of these characters were created in the same lab. They have never met until now, even though Jayson was originally created as a fail-safe to stop a rampaging Emilie, this part of the ability is absolute.
The enhancing side of the ability however depends on how in-sync both their minds are. Their souls were created to be in-sync in the labs. The amount of time and distance between each other for the ability to work will start small and as the development of the characters come along, will their abilities increase on how long the enhancement of powers and the distance between the two before it activates.
The ability runs on Jayson’s energy and how much the two characters practice at their abilities. The more time they spend on working at their teamwork will help increase their time on how long Jayson can hold the enhancement. Therefore at the start they must stay in physical contact and can only hold the enhancement at 5 minutes before it is diminished. With the training and teamwork the time will increase by 5 minutes and the distance between the two people will start to bridge at 2 steps per 5 minutes.
Lightning Enhance: Increases the amount of bolts from 1 to 2, with the ability to increase to a max of 5 depending on their skill level.
Empathy Enhance: Usually Emilie would be able to connect with 1 string but during enhance she can use up to 3. (This ability has not been activated yet and will be activated and discovered over time).
Biography: Jayson was born from a woman who abandoned him at the orphanage. He wasn’t there for more than a few days before a shapeshifter and a scientist took him from there. They believed that he had been going to a good home; however that was not the case. The scientist turned out to be deranged and during one of the cross breeding experiments the scientist realized that he needed a fail-safe for each one created. They were taught in the ways of combat, to defend and play the offensive in battles. However the fail-safes abilities had a different place that excelled better than the experiments. They had the best chance of survival due to their abilities to adapt to environments and their brains soaked knowledge up like a straw did water. They could learn things at a quick pace, adjust to what was needed for success. The fail-safes were kept away from the experiments for fear of their safeties and the experiments finding out that they could be destroyed. One evening the laboratory was raided and the children were taken into custody and assessed for placement. Because of the way the children were raised from morals to languages they were in no way fit to blend in with normal society. Jayson had been assessed and placed into SA with his abilities to absorb, translate, process information, and even use it to his own advantage. However his beginning years, he fit in with no one and had since shrunk into a loner individual and does not have many friends.
Additional Information: The fail-safe works as a way to destroy Emilie if something was ever necessary to kill her for. Depending on how well they are at teamwork will determine how close Jayson has to be to activate the fail-safe. It works by Jayson absorbing her soul and energy from her body thus killing her.
Worst Memory: Subjected to shock therapy that activated a part of his brain that no one else has.
