Victoria made her way down the hallway, head tucked down and arms seemingly protecting her body from the world. She didn;t really have a destination in mind she just knew that she needed to be alone. Ever since the fire she had gotten so much worse. Before everything she could smile and pretend she was alright when it came to social interaction, but now, with everything ruined with Derrick, she barely had a will to live, let alone fake it.

Sighing she managed to find an empty classroom and she ducked in quickly. Here at least she should be able to get some studying done. She quickly sat down and buried her nose in her books trying to cover as much material as her brain would allow to be crammed in, she needed to, if not, she would start thinking of him.

But of course, life hated her and the moment she made that comment, her mind jumped to thoughts of Derek. His disgusted face permanantly burned into her mind and memory. How much he must have hated her now, so why, why did he come to save her from the fire? Had he chased her home? She just couldn;t wrap her mind around the idea. Still the tears came all the same.

She was disgusting, a ruined creature, and nothing she could do seemed to change that. She had gotten a job at a maid and butler cafe to help pay for makeup and clothes to make her attractive, she studied hard so he would be proud of her, and whenever he had a problem she was there to listen and comfort him. Yet one look, one glance at her scars made her so repulsive in his eyes, and nothing she could do would ever change that.

No, now and forever, she was on her own.

Morgan was on her way back to her dorm room, but she liked to drop by the admissions office to scout out any new arrivals. She had just finished up with a student council meeting, and she was quiet exhausted. While in the admissions office she noticed someone with her face buried into a book, and recognized them as a new member of her maid cafe club.

"Oh excuse me? Youre Victoria yes?" she stood next to the bench the girl was sitting on. "My name is Morgan Ferris, Student Council President, and the head of the Maid Cafe Club you recently joined. A pleasure to meet you.". Morgan was the type of person to give ridiculous introductions, she was proud of the titles she had and was not afraid to flaunt them a bit.

Victoria froze when she heard footsteps approaching, and then that voice....there was no one else here that she could be addressing. She glanced up from her books, hoping to heaven her eyes were dry and watched the girl. She flaunted her titles in her face, as though trying to intimidate her, but did that seriously work on people?

Shaking her head the young girl sighed and combed her hair back, forcing words as best she could out of her now suddenly dry throat. "Y yes that's me, a pleasure t to meet you," she murmured quietly, eyes flickering up from the book to look at her before quickly away, even if Derek did hate her right now.....she really wished he was here.

The girl seemed very nervous, perhaps Morgan had frightened her? Or maybe they had trouble speaking with strangers. She spoke up again "If you need any help adjusting to life here I would be more than happy to help you out." Morgan was a bit of an expert when it came to the school, and knew a fair bit about the island, she had gone out of her way to absorb as much information as possible so that she could be a helpful School Council President.

Victoria sighed quietly combing her hair back and shaking her head. "I I'm fine, I've been coming to this school my entire life I just.....alots been happening and changing lately, I'm just trying to adjust," she assured with a weak smile, grasping one hand within the other to control how her body shook, she truly was terrified.

Morgan sighed "I see. My apologies." she placed a hand on the arm of the bench. "I know im a bit of a stranger but if you need to speak to anyone im here, and if youre not comfortable I can at least direct you to some good counselors.". Morgan could tell the girl was a bit distressed, and saw it as her duty to help out in someway.
