- sweet. she thinks everyone is nice.
- she is a compulsive liar. she makes up a life for herself since she's got no family.
- she's sweet, innocent and probably easily spoiled.
- bratty.
- she doesn't understand that there is a 'right' or a 'wrong'.
- she cries quite often when she is being punished.
- she vies for attention, having never had a family to give her any.
- possessive. she doesn't understand people/living things are not possessions. this extends to toys and inanimate objects that belong to other people as well.
Powers:
- one of her abilities is visions. there's no control over them, she can't do anything to stop or start them. usually she is touching something that'll trigger a vision or she's touching someone, but they can come out of the blue. because of these visions, she has seizures quite often - she's been officially diagnosed with epilepsy. her seizures cause nosebleeds, bruising, and other things that can happen from falling down/losing ones balance. she does not realize she has visions or that they mean anything - and this has not been 'diagnosed' as a power, since epilepsy can come with hallucinations. in her visions she never sees faces or really anything significant, it's more like omens that might have a deadly meaning.
- her second power is unknown at this time.
Biography:
- her mother was a royal dutch fae. she was a banshee. this explains why faeyt's "dreams" are omens of death.
- her father was a royal fae, from the seelie court - thus making her both unseelie/seelie in nature. most likely her second ability will come from her father. though his race is currently unknown.
- she is found on the front steps of the school a few weeks after birth. a single note is left on her basket - 'faeyt de fenta'. the last name has been traced to an old blooded dutch clan of fae. nobody has claimed her as it is not in the clan's ways to claim a bastard child without parents. if her parents ever step forward (even just her mother or just her father) she would be claimed but not without consequences to her mother or father (whomever was in the de fenta clan that got with and mated with an opposite court member as that is punishable by death in the de fenta clan). it is assumed her mother had her in secrecy to hide the fact she was with a fae from the opposite court.
- at the age of two her visions hospitalize her. one of the other children was dying of a pox and it triggered a vision of death - the toddler was climbing on a counter when the vision and seizure happened, she hit the floor fairly hard and caused herself to enter into a coma.
- she was in the coma until her third birthday. when she came out of the coma, she had no memories, no idea who she was. she had to be retaught everything they had already been teaching her - including things like walking and talking.
- a year later she is talking and walking and doing a lot on her own, but there is no hope of getting what memories she did have back. she's devastated by the fact she has no mommy or daddy and will often wander up to random couples (even if they aren't actually together romantically) and ask them if they are her mommy and daddy. she is just looking for a place to belong.
