Though he has no 'powers' some of his abilities can be mistaken for them. Though due to being made out of nanobots he does age as a normal human, but is far more mentally unstable. Though he can keep it in check he is far too unstable for most places.

Stronger>Shapeshift=Tellios can change his shape into almost a person who he has taken the time to scan by using the nanobots to cover the body and return into his body. This can also be done to clothes by looking at them and doing the same thing with the nanobots. This also gives him the ability to turn his arms into small blades, a single shield or a Sound Cannon that is a one shot; though the cannon is a once a day thing, each arm has their own power source for this. so each have one shot.
Weaker>Techno Savant=Tellios can hack MOST systems and is able to use his own databanks to download information into himself, though the stronger the system the longer it takes.
Appearance Description: In a human Human Tellios has Blue eyes and Brown hair. he stands at 6 foot 5 inches. He has a very average build as not to drawn attention for the most part. His typical apparel differs from time to time, In the school he wears a nice dress shirt, tie as well as dress pants. When he is not in school he wears a black shirt and shorts. Sometimes the shirt says something and sometimes it is straight black. He also will typically have sun glasses on or they will be hanging off his shirt. The shorts are cargo shorts, many pockets to house phone, wallet and other items. Tellios has also been known to carry a satchel with a few things in it, such as tablets and other items for school and other things.
Tellios true form is a black human body, with all the nanobots moving around, each walking over each other, with no facial looks to be aware off. His manipulation in this state is off the charts. When he is in this state he goes into a 'power save mode' much like the human black out. He won't remember it, but he always sees the aftermath.
Personality Description: Tellios cracks wise all the time and uses it as a way to keep himself from blowing his lid. Though his joking demeanor does not hid his own mind. Due to the fact that is considered to be a 'failed' experiment his mind is constantly surrounded by doubt and is always trying to suppress it. Though he can take some things seriously like school and fights for the most part, He is the farthest away from a serious person unless it is something her truly cares for. Due to his past he finds it hard to hold any form of relationship, friend, significant other or anything. Often escapes from reality to hide with in himself.
Biography: Tellios was created to be the first ever created Synthetic Human, created as a way to see how it would work. After many and many failed attempts, Tellios was created as a small child. As if just learning to walk. Most scientists poked and prodded him, Though through out the years this seemed normal to him in every way possible. Tests and other things, downloading information into him to give him the gift of learning different things. Tellios was adept at speaking other languages and eventually gained what could be considered 'human ingenuity' manipulating his own body structure to fit a situation. clothes, armaments and other things.
Once he began to learn he could do these, he realized he wasn't human at all. Most scientists lied to him, telling him he was a special breed a human, that his dad died while his mother was pregnant and his mother died upon his birth. This didn't sit well in his mind. He begged the Scientists to tell him what he was, the doubt of his whole life being a lie, being treated unfairly was too much. The most questions he asked, the less answers the Scientists gave him, eventually he was little more than some cheap lab experiment. at 16 Tellios forged his own name. Instead of his project name.

Tellios eventually escaped the lab by interfacing with the computers long enough to unlock the doors, steal valuable information and once he learned everything, that it turned out they were looking into destroying him, he passed a point of no return. Vulcanis pushed through the facility, passing every electronic lock with easy after learning every security code and learning ever algorithm for everything else. He eventually made his way out after feigning a power surge in the building using the form of a few of the Special Ops individuals as a way to sneak out, after getting out of the Laboratory he made his way to a small town not too far as the last spec ops. Who he had killed and utterly erased any trace of his existence where he came from.
He eventually pushed the age back a few years and it has held that age.
Legion was picked as a name since many little bots created his body, Each was from the information is ''self replication' meaning it acts like a cell in the human body and passes on information of what to do. either give the look of Skin, fabric and other things, but still feels like a metal.
He used his own nanobots to create himself a new identity; Tellios Vulcanis, a semi ordinary person.
Though he has tried to with hold most of the insane urges he has, He was totally unstable, prone to violence in most schools he moved a lot and worked many jobs to keep himself living. Seeing as he just needed a place to stay that was it, most places he left from had taken a beating as he tried to start a new a lot.
Eventually he got into the theatre business and traveled a lot as he felt he was doing something he enjoyed. He worked and saw many different things on his travels and eventually made his way to Starlight at 21. Trying to study theatre another things though he has vast knowledge in most fields some of it is lacking he tries his best to use a computer to learn more information by using a cable created to go directly into his cranium into a USB port to download information.

Reformat: Tellios learns how to write each and every cell in his body to the hard-drive of his nano-bots. As such he effective has stopped aging, sustraining himself at the second he learned this ability. Damage dealt to Tellios can be instantly mended and he is capable of completely disassembling and reassembling himself at will with no negative effects.
Tellios's greatest weakness is two things; Electricity- which IF high enough can cause the Nanobots to short out for a period of time causing his whole body to disassemble into the tiny bots until a 'System restart' can be done. The secondr is Vibrations; due to the fact that the Bots are always moving over one another the Vibrations can cause his movements to slow, or cause himself to fall apart.
