Physical Quirks: Their mouth looks like its melting as they speak and small globs of paint roll off their body like candle wax.
Abilities Summary:
Can manipulate any oil based to their whim so long as they are touching it, can create magical paintings that move, and can manipulate themselves to mimic a variety of objects including people (though a bit poorly). They can also sap magic of any magical object or being they directly touch and prevent them from using their magic so long as she is touching them.
Reputation: A quirky but beloved high school art teacher from Dark Crystal Academy, now in employment at Starlight Academy. Many students students and teachers, especially those with ties to the arts, will know her well.
