He wasn't sure what he was expecting, but he was practically out of his footwear the moment he'd gotten in. Azure hated shoes and socks... clothing in general was just why? It was fine though he did as he was told and stepped into the center of the circle.

"What happens now?"

"Okay, that is perfect," Celeste said as she thoughtfully looked Azure up and down making sure everything was good and hadn't been moved when he stepped in the circle.

Standing back, she placed four coloured stones on the outer circle - a piece of shiny quartz representing water as it's element, obsidian for fire, an opal for earth and pumice, the lightest rock of them all for wind and with that, the circle became active. It glowed softly along the lines she had drawn and pulsated very softly.

"Now we wait and see which element is truly yours," she said smiling at Azure. "You will know when you see it and feel it," she said to him. Each person was different. Each element reacted differently. She had no idea how they would react to Azure and was very curious to find out.

(Feel free to have them react as you want them to.)

Azure looked around himself curiously before seeing which stone was reacting to him. Starting with the obsidian, it felt warm and inviting, but not particularly strong. Like a guest being invited into a home. The quartz had a similar reaction to the obsidian. The opal was... a bit different, not rejecting him, but definitely not accepting either. The Pumice however had moved closer to him, until it was directly in front of him. Azure picked up the stone.

"I think... that answers that question," he said, showing Celeste the stone in his hand.

Celeste was also closely watching the circle, extremely curious to see which element would become Azure's. Noticing the pumice rock move, her pulse sped up excitedly. She always found the ritual emotive in a way. It defined the magic user for life in a way.

Looking at Azure, Celeste smiled, so very happy for him. "Wind, just like you thought," she added as she waved her hand at the circle, moving the other stones to the side with her magic. This caused the connection to break so Azure could leave the circle safely.

"I am not at all surprised," she said as she gestured for him to step out of the circle."Magic is a vital part of who we are, and sometimes, we just know things somehow..." she grinned as she then gave Azure a warm hug.

"Welcome to the fold, you are now one of us," she told him, teasing him a bit.

Azure stepped out of the circle, also admittedly not surprised at the results of the test. He could probably learn fire and water magic to a small degree, but wind based magic was definitely going to be his forte. "Yeah, it felt like more than just a lucky guess."

He was a bit surprised at the hug, unsure of what to do at first. But then Azure hugged Celeste. He wasn't used to this kind of affection. "Oh, I thought I was already one of you," his voice was flat as usual, but it was clear this was just his attempt at banter.

"So I guess I need to start looking into the basics of wind magic?"

Celeste poked Azure playfully in the side and grinned, "Of course you are, always..." she added matter-of-factly.

"Let me grab you some books to study on the basics of magic, and maybe we can find you a tutor of wind magic? she suggested. She could help, perhaps, with the basics. With channeling his magic but because wind and air wasn't her element, she had little idea of what he could actually do with his ability.
