Being a social recluse, he hadn't much opportunity to meet others before his trip to Manta Carlos. As such, any relations he makes with others are dear to him. If you meet him on good terms, he would fight to protect. Though if asked, he'd hesitate, not wanting to be the "hero".
Enemies:
While he seems innocent, he has a dark side trapped within himself. If someone were to cross him (or intentionally endanger his friends) Victor would be the worst nightmare you never saw coming. As he can stop and slow time, he "might" cause events to happen that would scare even the bravest of foes. However, in some circumstances, he wouldn't even try his power, he'd just walk up and BAM
Lovers: Currently Taken
Definitely more awkward than simple friends. He can easily get crushes, but would never try to ruin relationships. More the type to wait it out. If someone likes him back, then, while he would feel awkward, he "might" automatically kiss them, to see how they react. As a boyfriend, he would be new but dedicated to learning, and how to make his special someone actually feel special (freeze time to deliver gifts, etc).
