The Pier

While the Waterfront ranges from ritzy to shabby, The Pier is a seaside amusement park, built out of the remains of Manta Carlos's original fish cannery. The Pier features some rides and attractions, including a small roller coaster, but it's most prominent feature is its giant Ferris wheel set at the very end of the pier.
