Anh Sang has learned how to manipulate sound by expanding her control of the electromagnetic spectrum (formerly only light, the visible spectrum). First, she must convert radio waves into sound, which she does by taking the energy emitted from the radio wave and compressing it into sound, a different type of energy. She is then able to manipulate the sound, altering pitch, loudness (a barely audible whisper to almost but not quite as loud as a rocket launch), and frequency (from frequencies too low for a human to hear to ultrasound normally used for medical diagnoses).
